There are no refunds or credits given on any pre orders on our website.
Once you place a pre order we place an order with our wholesalers to secure your item.
As per fair trade laws you can not cancel a pre order for change of mind.
At anytime we may have to cancel pre orders due to unforeseen circumstances. IE wholesalers cancels orders, stock arrives damaged.
Sometimes pre order dates change due to stock not being available thru the wholesalers, this is out of our control and once items arrive we will send.
Pre ordered Items collected instore are not refundable or for store credit.
Since we do not have any control over how the carrier handles your package, we can’t be held responsible for their delivery practices and cannot guarantee that your item(s) will always arrive in mint condition.
If your package arrived damaged by the carrier, or has been lost in transit, please contact AUSTRALIA POST as soon as possible to initiate a parcel damage claim.
- Please note that a minor packaging flaw that doesn’t affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for parcel insurance or refund claims.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
- Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided or refused delivery are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the original purchase price.
- Postage for reshipped packages will be billed to the purchaser.
Pick up of items.
Sunshine collectables will allow you up to 3 weeks to pick up pre order items once instore, If items are not picked up within this time, the item may be sold instore or online to other consumers.
There will be a 30% restocking fee if item/s are not picked up within 3 weeks.
